Mauricio Tejerina

Mauricio Tejerina is a seasoned artist with extensive experience in the video game industry. Currently serving as a Senior Artist at Cryptic Studios since May 2014, Mauricio has contributed significantly to Star Trek Online by creating 3D models and materials for spaceships. Prior to this role, Mauricio worked at Irrational Games (2K Boston) from 1998 to February 2014, where responsibilities included crafting weapons and various 3D assets for both Bioshock Infinite and the original Bioshock. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Artist on Swat4 and System Shock 2, and as an Artist Assistant and Freelance Illustrator. Mauricio holds a BFA in illustration from Parsons School of Design and an AAS in fine arts from Altos de Chavon School of Design.
