Chandrashekhar Shukla

Chandrashekhar Shukla has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Chandrashekhar began their career at Cyanamid as an Executive Incharge before moving on to Indian Organic Chemical Limited as a Regional Manager. Chandrashekhar then joined Bayer Crop Science as a Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in enhancing the company's presence in the herbicide segment.

After that, they worked at Lipsun (U) Ltd. as a Deputy General Manager and later as a General Manager, leading business operations in East Africa and successfully introducing Fenkill in Uganda. Chandrashekhar also served as a Country Head for Thailand and SBU Head for Agri-Input at DCM Shriram LTD.

Shukla then joined BASF, where they held various positions including Regional Sales Manager, Portfolio Manager, and National Sales Manager. During their time at BASF, they successfully introduced new insecticides and identified new crops for herbicides, contributing to the company's growth.

Prior to their current role, Shukla worked at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. as the Vice President of Business Development, creating a business platform for new products and leading the sales team.

Currently, Shukla serves as the Senior Vice President at Crystal Crop Protection Limited. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building alliances nationally and globally. Chandrashekhar also plans and monitors marketing initiatives to maximize the company's net realized value and gross contribution.

Chandrashekhar Shukla's education history began in 1985 when they enrolled at the College of Agriculture, Indore. Chandrashekhar pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture, General, which they completed in 1989. Following this, they attended Pune University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing (MMS). In 2008, Shukla enrolled at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business within a year, in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Chandrashekhar Shukla has also obtained certifications in Agri Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and in Driving Growth Through Innovation from the Harvard Business School.
