Nandita Kumar

Nandita Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting at IBM India in 1998 as a Sr Executive in HR, they then joined Alphasoft Services in 2001 as an Account Manager/Recruiter. Following that, they worked at Radiant Systems Inc as an Account Manager, where they built strong client relationships and managed a team of resources. In 2011, they joined Infosys as a Practice Lead, where they provided subject matter expertise in talent acquisition and managed a geographically dispersed team. Nandita later became the Geo Lead for Talent Acquisition before leaving in 2018. Nandita then joined Avis Budget Group as a Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, and later as a Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Field Training at C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Nandita Kumar completed their Bachelor of Business Management degree with a specialization in Marketing from Bangalore University, from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong, which they completed from 1997 to 1998.
