Steve Hermanson

Steve Hermanson has extensive experience in operations and slotting optimization, working with C&S Wholesale Grocers since May 2002. Currently serving as the Director of Outbound Operations, Transportation Process Planning, and Execution, as well as leading the Product Allocation & Slotting Optimization team. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Manager, Operations/Slotting Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Trainer, Lift Operator, and Selector. Steve also worked as an Independent Representative at Excel Vartec from April 2003 to May 2005. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from Western New England University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Accounting from Westfield State University.
