Sudhansu Panigrahi

Sudhansu Panigrahi is the India Center Head at CSG. Sudhansu has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and delivery.

Sudhansu started their career in 1994 as a Delivery Manager at Discover Financial Services. Sudhansu was responsible for delivering all projects that were executed by CGI. Sudhansu also managed the delivery of business technology projects in the Authorizations, Credit Card Security, New Accounts, Merchant Boarding, Merchant Information Warehouse(MIW), Balance Transfer, Payments, Accounting, Settlement and Posting Billing areas. In 2001, they were promoted to Delivery Head.

In 2007, they joined Headstrong Services India Limited as Delivery Head. Sudhansu was responsible for managing the client relationship and expectations.

In 2009, they joined iSOFT as Head Operations of the India Business Unit. Sudhansu was responsible for setting priorities and providing key hands-on technical contributions. Sudhansu grew the account significantly.

In 2011, they joined Ness Technologies as Associate Vice President. Sudhansu was responsible for managing the Quintiles Extended Development Centre.

In September 2013, they joined UST Global as Vice President and Center Head. Sudhansu was responsible for managing the delivery of business technology projects.

Sudhansu has been with CSG since December 2019.

Sudhansu Panigrahi graduated from the College of Engineering Trivandrum with an MCA in 2004. Sudhansu then went on to earn their MBA from Northern Illinois University in the field of strategy and leadership. In addition, they have completed an executive education program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
