Nayroby Sena

Nayroby Sena currently serves as the Human Resources Director at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nayroby was a Human Resources Consultant at Nonprofit HR from February 2022 to October 2024 and held multiple positions at The Fortune Society between April 2018 and January 2022, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Management. Nayroby also worked as a Human Resources Manager at City Pro Group from May 2017 to April 2018 and spent several years at Grameen America, Inc. from 2009 to 2016, occupying roles such as Senior Manager of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Program Manager, and Center Manager. Nayroby Sena holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brooklyn College.
