Paul Tortorici, MBA, is an experienced Grants Management Director at CSRS, overseeing a team managing over $400 million in FEMA Public Assistance Funding since January 2012. Tortorici proactively manages risks associated with 900+ FEMA grants and assists in cost recovery management, eligibility reviews, and project documentation. Previous roles include Information Technology Design & Policy Manager at H2O Partners, Inc., where Tortorici supported the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, and Management Consultant at Hagerty Consulting, specializing in the Special Community Disaster Loan Program. Tortorici has a strong educational background with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University and a BA in Pre-Law/Economics from Bates College.
