Christopher J. Munyan

Christopher J. Munyan has been our President and CEO since July 2006. He served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2005 until June 2006. From 1999 until 2005, Mr. Munyan served as President of our Berwick Offray LLC (“Berwick Offray”) business. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Munyan served Berwick Offray in various capacities, including Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration. Mr. Munyan has served as one of our directors since 2006. Prior to joining Berwick Offray in 1993, Mr. Munyan worked in public accounting, finance and consulting, including positions with automobile distributer Subaru of America, Inc. and public accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand.
