Fitsum Demeke has a diverse work history, starting in 2005 as an Office Administrator for Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority. They then worked as a Project Administrator and HR Coordinator at Dc Pro Engineering, where they were responsible for maintaining employee records, resolving employee relations issues, and administering benefits and salary programs. In 2014, they moved to Al Rostamani pegel L.L.C as an HR Coordinator, overseeing recruitment processes, preparing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. In 2018, they joined Al Rostamani Group as a Technical Recruitment Officer, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to hiring managers. Currently, Fitsum works at CTG as a Project Lead, managing contracts, overseeing client relationships, and coordinating business operations in Ethiopia.

Fitsum Demeke completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Business Administration and Management from SBS Swiss Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire in 2013.
