Maria Papacostas

Maria Papacostas has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Maria began their career as a Business Process Excellence intern at Comcast in 2015. In 2016, they worked as an intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and also served as an Economics Research Assistant at Temple University College of Liberal Arts. Maria then joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC as an intern in 2017.

In 2018, Maria joined Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Associate, where they invested, originated, and priced commercial real estate debt and mortgage-backed securities. Maria managed a team of analysts and interns and generated financial analyses and investment committee memoranda. Maria'srole at Goldman Sachs lasted until 2021.

After leaving Goldman Sachs, Maria joined Palatine Capital Partners in 2021 as a Private Equity Investment Associate. Maria led the acquisition of key equity investments and played a significant role in generating and executing investment opportunities.

Currently, Maria is working at Shiftsmart as the Chief of Staff to the COO. In this position, they initiate and strengthens relationships with retail firms, supports sales activities, and acts as a crucial link between customers and executives to ensure strong bonds and clear communication channels.

Maria Papacostas has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a Minor in French from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, they attended CEFAM Centre d'Études Franco-Américain de Management where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Maria also holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from FINRA.
