Daniel Smith is currently the SVP and General Counsel at CTO Realty Growth, Inc. Daniel previously held the title of Vice President--Hospitality at The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. before joining CTO Realty Growth, Inc. Daniel also served as the SVP and General Counsel at Crescent Real Estate Equities. Daniel started their career as an Associate in the Real Estate Section at Hughes & Luce, LLP, which is now part of K&L Gates. Daniel holds an LLM in Comparative and International Law and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, as well as a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University.
