Venkata Pavan Pagolu started their work experience in 2015 at NetEnrich, Inc. as a Virtualization+AWS Administrator. venkata pavan held this role until 2019, gaining expertise in virtualization and AWS administration. In 2019, they joined CtrlS Datacenters Ltd as a Senior Virtualization Engineer, where they currently work.

Venkata Pavan Pagolu completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGUKT iiit, where they studied from 2009 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In May 2019, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification, and in December 2022, they achieved the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certification.
