Andrew Warren

Andrew Warren is currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel & Global Compliance Director at CTS Corporation since January 2016. Prior to this, Andrew held various legal positions at companies such as Johnson Controls and Sealed Air Corporation. Andrew's legal expertise ranges from commercial matters to board governance and M&A activities. Andrew holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in Geology from Lawrence University.
