Susan Riddle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susan started their career as an HRIS Coordinator-Benefits at Foundation Health Systems in 1999. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at HomeTech Medical Services, Inc, where they were responsible for processing payroll and administering benefits.

In 2001, Susan joined Schools Financial Credit Union, where they held various roles. As a Human Resources Specialist, they processed payroll, balanced general ledger accounts, and resolved employee issues. Susan also served as a Business Analyst in the Planning & Corporate Development department, where they implemented new products and procedures and managed branch relocations. In their role as a Branch Operations Analyst, they implemented software and processes to increase branch efficiencies and member service. Eventually, they became a Business Analyst II in Consumer Lending, responsible for managing operational and strategic projects.

In 2014, Susan joined Origence (formerly CU Direct) as an Integration Analyst. Susan then progressed to the role of Senior Integration Analyst, where they played a vital role in analyzing and integrating systems.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated their expertise in project management, solution evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. Susan has collaborated with various teams to implement new software, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency and enhance member service.

Susan Riddle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento between 1996 and 1999.
