Robson L. has a diverse range of work experience in the renewable energy industry. Robson started their career at MHA ENGENHARIA in 2009, where they supervised engineering consulting projects for the modernization and automation of Petrobras exploration and production units. Robson then moved on to GE Energy in 2011, where they worked as a Field Engineer II, overseeing the receiving, installation, and quality inspection of wind turbines in Brazil and the USA.

In 2014, Robson joined Renova Energia SA as a Planning Coordinator, where they were responsible for executive planning and coordination of wind farm construction projects in Bahia, Brazil. Robson worked closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines were met and participated in weekly meetings to provide updates on the project's progress.

After leaving Renova Energia SA, Robson joined ContourGlobal in 2017 as a Wind Operations Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw wind operations in Brazil, including budgeting, strategic planning, and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

Currently, Robson is working at Cubico Sustainable Investments as an Operations Director, responsible for asset management, operation and maintenance in Latin America. Robson manages a diverse portfolio of wind assets and is in charge of a team responsible for O&M execution, performance engineering, contract management, supply chain, and other related functions.

Throughout their career, Robson has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry.

Robson L. completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2011, they attended the Energy Learning Center - GE Energy in Schenectady, New York (USA) to become a Field Engineer in Wind Energy. Robson also underwent On The Job Training at GE Energy in Jackson, Minnesota (USA) at the Lakefield Wind Farm. Robson's undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Universidade Federal da Bahia between 2004 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn and Global Operational Safety from IOSH, both in unspecified years. Robson also has certification in EHS Initial Training for Wind IC Program from Energy Learning Center - GE.
