Beth Peralta

Beth Peralta has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Beth has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Cue Health, Teradata, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Janssen, HD Supply, and The Home Depot. In their most recent role at Cue Health, they served as the Director of Talent Development, Engagement, and DEIB. Prior to that, they were the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader at Teradata. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, they worked as a Sr. Talent Strategist and Sr. Manager, Human Resources. Beth also has experience as a Manager, Human Resources at Janssen, a Human Resources Generalist at HD Supply, and a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated expertise in talent development, diversity and inclusion, strategic HR business partnering, and employee relations.

Beth Peralta holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of San Diego. Beth also obtained a Human Resources Certificate with a focus on Human Resources Management from UC San Diego. In addition, Beth Peralta is a Certified Strengths Coach, having received this certification from Gallup in November 2020.
