Ken Hunter

Ken Hunter has extensive experience in HR systems and operations. Ken currently holds the position of Director, People Systems & Operations at Cue Health, where they are responsible for evaluating and designing HR systems to support the company's long-term business needs. Ken provides strategic direction and oversees HR compliance operating models. Prior to this, they served as Director, HRIS at Molina Healthcare, where they managed the deployment of HR technology and improved employee data management practices. Ken also worked as a Senior HRIS Manager at Interior Logic Group, Inc. and as Director of Systems Strategy at GBS Benefits, Inc., where they consulted on HRIS and payroll solutions and updated processes in line with client demands and industry trends. Ken began their career as a Benefits Technology Services Manager at Moreton & Company, where they directed the HRIS Systems Team and worked on implementations and client services related to benefits technology.

Ken Hunter attended the University of Utah from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Ken then pursued further education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2002 to 2004, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, Ken attended the University of Utah again to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Corporate Resource Management.
