Agnieszka Hayes is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Quality Assurance Manager at Cuisine Solutions since September 2021, Agnieszka has been responsible for developing and implementing food safety and quality assurance programs while ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and SQF standards. Previously, as the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, Agnieszka improved project management and customer relations by enhancing communication and collaboration across departments. Prior to Cuisine Solutions, Agnieszka worked at JDE Peet's as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where significant achievements included optimizing the coffee roasting process and creating a new quality check system. Agnieszka also has experience as a Seasonal Laboratory Analyst at Pfeifer & Langen Polska S.A., where responsibilities included chemical testing and maintaining strict lab protocols. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu and a Postgraduate Degree in Managing Business from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
