Patrick Guerra Brunelli is an experienced culinary instructor with a strong background in culinary education and professional kitchen management. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at The Art Institute and Culinary Institute Lenotre since 2013, Patrick has also held instructional roles at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and The Art Institute of Houston. With notable accomplishments including the redesign of the "Garde-Manger" program and the creation of a culinary competition team that won multiple awards, Patrick demonstrates exceptional skills in curriculum development, student motivation, and organization. Prior executive chef roles at various Marriott properties and country clubs provide a solid foundation in culinary leadership.
