OAKLAND SCHOOLS
Frank Costanzo has extensive experience in culinary education and operations management. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at Oakland Schools since August 2008, Frank teaches high school students using the ProStart curriculum and engages in Skills USA competitions. Additionally, Frank has worked as an Operations Supervisor for Oakland County Parks since March 2016, overseeing staff and park operations. Previously, Frank was an Adjunct Professor at Baker College, focusing on Business Communications, and taught English and Health at Van Dyke Public Schools. With a rich culinary background as a Chef at Costanzo's Italian Ristorante for over two decades, Frank earned a Master's degree in Leadership from Oakland University and holds a BS in Education from Wayne State University along with an Associate's in Culinary from Oakland Community College.
