Muatasem Khair Ad - Deen

Al-Muatasem Khair Ad-Deen is a Senior Consultant at Cullen International, responsible for tracking and reporting on telecommunication regulations in MENA countries. Prior to this role, Al-Muatasem worked as a Senior Competition Officer at the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission and as an Economist-Competition Analyst at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
