Anja Phillips

Anja Phillips is an experienced business owner and coordinator in the travel and tourism sector, currently leading TropiQ Trips, which specializes in tailor-made authentic getaways to Latin America since January 2018. In addition to this role, Anja serves as a Local Coordinator for Cultural Homestay International, facilitating cultural exchange programs for au pairs in the USA since August 2016. Anja's prior experience includes serving as Sales & Product Manager at GAPA Travel Panama, and holding senior management roles at CAMPS GmbH, Egon Zehnder International, and Hansa Kreuzfahrten, among others. Anja holds a Diploma in Economics and Tourism from Hochschule Harz and possesses a strong background in operations, marketing, and program management within various travel organizations.
