Jacob Beard

Jacob Beard is an accomplished program officer with a strong background in international education and exchange, currently working at Cultural Vistas since May 2022. Previously, Jacob served as a program associate at Global Ties KC, where responsibilities included facilitating international visitors as part of the United States Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program. Jacob has a robust academic background, holding a Master of Arts in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Arts in History from Miami University. Jacob also has extensive teaching experience, having taught Russian Language courses and History courses at the collegiate level, along with roles in research and administrative support across multiple educational institutions.
