Rashmi Dubhashi

Rashmi Dubhashi, PHRca, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Lead People Partner at Culture Amp since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi was a Senior People Partner at Rivian from July 2018 to October 2022 and worked as an HR Generalist at SF Motors Inc from April 2017 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as a Technical Recruiter at Latitude 36, Inc. from August 2016 to March 2017, a Recruiter at Scion Staffing from April 2016 to August 2016, and a Human Resources Intern at National Job Agency Ltd. from July 2015 to December 2015.
