Davide Sgarbi

Davide Sgarbi is a seasoned data professional currently serving as the Founding Data Scientist at CultureScience since April 2023. Previously, Davide held multiple roles at Medallia from September 2020 to April 2023, including Data Science Manager, where leadership was provided to a team of seven Data Scientists and oversight was given to various projects, along with responsibilities in training and mentoring. As a Product Manager, strategic data initiatives were defined to enhance revenue growth, while user research was conducted to align client needs with technical requirements. Prior to Medallia, Davide worked at Sense360 as a Senior Data Scientist, employing advanced analytical techniques on diverse datasets to extract business insights. Early career experience includes roles at FruttaWeb.com, focusing on financial reporting and cost-variance analysis. Davide earned a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Duke University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bologna. Additional education includes an Erasmus Exchange Program at City, University of London.
