Ronald Lane has a diverse work experience in the technology and engineering fields spanning over a decade. Ronald started their career as an Associate RF Engineer at Dish Network in 2011, where they worked as a Field Service Technician for five years. After that, Ronald joined Shentel in 2017, where they held various roles including RF Engineer I, RF Engineer II, and Network Engineer II. During their time at Shentel, they were responsible for network planning and forecasting, engineering and data analysis projects, propagation modeling, optimization, performance monitoring, and developing automated cell network monitoring solutions. In 2022, Ronald joined Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. as an RF Wireless Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer II at Cummings Aerospace, starting in 2023.
