Florin Brosteanu

Florin Brosteanu has held various roles at Cummins Inc., including Continuous Improvement Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Shop Foreman. In 2011, Brosteanu transitioned to a role at Cummins as the Global COS/Lean Deployment Programme Manager before becoming the Plant Manager at Cummins Generator Technologies in 2017. Brosteanu has a wealth of experience in continuous improvement and lean deployment within the manufacturing industry.
