Jaco Strydom

Jaco Strydom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management across various industries. Currently serving as the EMEAR HSE Director for Service Operations at Cummins Inc., Jaco has been instrumental in developing and implementing HSE strategies for Africa, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering an HSE culture through training and audits. Previous roles include Region QHSSE Manager for Weatherford, HSE Manager at Stefanutti Stocks Civils Pty Ltd, and QHSE Manager at Reef Tankers and Sasol. Jaco began the career as an underground boilermaker and has progressed through various HSE-related positions, supported by academic qualifications including a Baccalaureus Technologiae in Safety Management from UNISA.
