Balasubramaniam M

Balasubramaniam M has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Balasubramaniam is currently the Chief Executive Officer at 3i Medical Technologies since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of CURA Healthcare Pvt Ltd from November 2013 onwards. Balasubramaniam also worked at PERFINT HEALTHCARE PVT LTD as the Director of Global Sales & Service from July 2011 to October 2013. In addition, they worked at GE Healthcare as the APAC Transformation Leader from January 2009 to June 2011 and as the Regional Director for South East Asia from July 2006 to June 2011. Balasubramaniam also had leadership positions at Wipro GE Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they were the Vice President for South Asia from 2004 to 2006, and the General Manager from 2002 to 2004. Balasubramaniam also worked at Toshiba Medical as a Sales Manager from 1994 to 1997, and at Indchem Electronics in service roles from 1987 to 1991.

Balasubramaniam M attended the National Institute of Technology Warangal from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communication. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Advanced Commercial Management" from GE Corporate in the USA in September 2009, "Leadership, Innovation & Growth - Senior executive program" from GE Corporate in London in November 2008, "Manager Development Course - Executive leadership course" from the John F Welch Leadership center in Crotonville, NY in April 2008, "GEHC- MD program - Executive leadership" from the GE Healthcare Leadership program in the USA in June 2004, "Strategic Leaders Program" from the Indian School of Business in January 2002, and "Six Sigma - Green Belt" in July 2000.
