Annika Iantosca has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Annika started their career as a Regional Manager at Teaching Personnel, where they managed multiple offices and conducted client visits. Annika then worked as a Production Manager at Treehouse Film Productions and as an Account Executive at Handling Matters.

In 2006, Annika joined Aston Taylor as a Senior Search Consultant before transitioning to Mumsnet in 2014. At Mumsnet, they served as a Local Editor and Social Media Manager, responsible for managing local events and content for three London sites.

Annika then moved to Digital Mums in 2015, initially working as a Talent Manager, recruiting and placing graduates into part-time social media opportunities. Annika later became a Sales Manager, where they built and trained a team, created the sales division, and achieved significant revenue. Annika eventually became the Head of Sales & Admissions, driving all sales of the company's training courses.

In 2019, Annika joined Curamcare as a Marketing Manager. Then, in 2020, they joined the Greater London Authority as a Digital Communications Officer, executing social media management for the Mayor of London's platforms. Annika was promoted to Senior Digital Communications Strategist in 2021, responsible for driving digital content across various social media channels and managing a team.

Throughout their career, Annika has demonstrated strong skills in digital communications, social media management, sales, and marketing.

Annika Iantosca obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy & English Literature from the University of Hertfordshire, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. In 2002, they also obtained a TESOL (Teaching English to speakers of other languages) certification from Trinity College. In 2014, Annika attended Google Campus for an unknown field of study. Additionally, in 2015, they received an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing from Digital Mums.
