Stephanie Grose Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Stephanie has served as a Vice President of Operations at Curana Health since 2018, where they oversee clinical operations and manages the performance of clinicians. Prior to that, they worked at EmCare from 2016 to 2019 as the Lead Nurse Practitioner for the hospitalist service, where they managed a team of providers and implemented process improvement initiatives to optimize patient care. From 2014 to 2015, Stephanie worked as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University, teaching health sciences. Stephanie Grose Bell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in 1999-2003. Stephanie then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Belmont University in 2008-2009. Additionally, during the same year, they completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Tennessee State University. In 2011-2013, Stephanie attended Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where they earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie also completed courses in Healthcare MBA from Western Governors University starting in 2018. Stephanie holds certifications in Bls obtained in 2007 from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, as well as Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification from ANCC. Stephanie also has a certification in FCCS from the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
