Uttam Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of risk adjustment. Uttam started their career in 2001 at Independence Blue Cross, where they held various roles including Sr. Software Systems Engineer, Lead System Analyst, Manager Risk Adjustment, and Director Risk Analytics, Financial Forecasting, Data Delivery and Reporting. After leaving Independence Blue Cross in 2019, Uttam worked at Advantasure as Director Risk Adjustment Strategy & Performance. Uttam then moved on to Gateway Health as Director, Risk Adjustment Analytics from 2020 to 2021. Following that, they worked at Horizon Blues Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey as Director, Risk Adjustment Process and Operation for a brief period from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Uttam is employed as the Director, Risk Adjustment at Curana Health.

Uttam Singh holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami.
