Product Development Engineer I at Curate Biosciences

Mabel Shehada's work experience includes various positions in the fields of product development, engineering, research, and teaching. Earlier in their career, Shehada worked as an MRI Testing Assistant at Medical Technology Laboratories (MTL), assisting with MRI tests of implantable devices and conducting a study on the effects of magnetic fields on patient safety.

Mabel Shehada began their education at Troy High School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2013 to 2017. Mabel then continued their academic journey at the University of California, Riverside from 2017 to 2021. There, they pursued a degree in Bioengineering with a focus on Biomedical/Medical Engineering, achieving a remarkable 3.85 GPA and graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Currently, Mabel is furthering their education at the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, where they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering with a Medical Specialization. This program spans from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Mabel Shehada obtained a certification in Training Management from Greenlight Guru in September 2022.
