Locum Tenens - Sourcer

Curative, based in Dallas, is seeking an Entry-level Locum Tenens Sourcer to join our team and drive tech-enabled lead-generation efforts. This role involves identifying and connecting with qualified healthcare professionals, resulting in successful placements for communities in need. 

This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Engage and Connect: Reach out to physicians via email, phone calls, and text messages to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Screen and Qualify: Evaluate and align candidates with client needs and organizational standards to enhance patient care through strategic collaboration.
  • Collaborate and Achieve: Work closely with recruiters and team members to actively contribute to and achieve shared team goals in a supportive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in your field.
  • Proven Excellence: A track record of excellence in previous roles, supported by strong references, showcasing your capabilities and reliability.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
