Wade Weiland

Wade Weiland is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in lean manufacturing techniques, production development, and inventory control. Currently employed at Unverferth Manufacturing Co., Inc. since June 2015 and at Wayne Engineering since February 2014, Wade develops and implements efficient workflow designs, real-time inventory management systems, and 5S auditing processes. Previous roles include an industrial tech intern at the University of Northern Iowa, general construction contracting at Fager Framing Inc., and a package handler at UPS. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Iowa Central Community College.
