Sumaira started their career as an HR Executive at Pharmedic Laboratories (Pvt) Limited. Sumaira holds an MPhil in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Management and Technology, and a BS in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab.
