Eric Schneider

Eric Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career in 1998 as a Process Control Engineer at TAVA Technologies, where they worked on various projects for major pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and beverage manufacturers. Eric then moved on to Baxter BioScience in 2000, where they served as a Process Automation Engineer, successfully implementing a project to recover lost product during line transfer. In 2002, they joined Amgen as a Senior Engineer, responsible for capacity management, validation, new equipment installation, capital projects, and regulatory compliance. In 2012, Eric became the Owner of Schneider Engineering Solutions Inc., working as an independent contractor for Gilead, leading a team that interfaced with integrators and ensured successful integration into a new facility. In 2018, they joined Integrity Bio as the Capital Projects Manager, overseeing the construction and installation of a new Fill Finish Facility. Most recently, Eric has taken on the role of Director of Global Equipment Engineering at Curia (formerly AMRI), starting in 2021.

Eric Schneider earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, from 1993 to 1997.
