Per S. Thoresen

Per S. Thoresen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Per S. currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at QuiaPEG AB, a position they have held since June 2022. Per S. is also a Board Member at Flerbruksanlegget AS and Terningen Arena Holding AS, both from May 2022.

In 2020, they joined XPhyto Therapeutics Corp. as a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to that, in 2014, they founded and became a board member of Curida Holding, and later served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Per S. also held the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Asker Produkt AS and Bekkestua Venture AS from 2014.

Furthermore, Per S. Thoresen has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Norvia Nutrition Limited since January 2017. In terms of consulting, they have been involved in management consulting under their own company, Per S. Thoresen Consulting, since February 2014. Lastly, they became the Chairman of the Board at Norvia Nordic Ltd in January 2021, a position they will hold until April 2023.

Per S. Thoresen attended IMD in 1995 for management studies. Prior to that, from 1974 to 1979, they studied at the University of Oslo (UiO) and received a degree in law.
