Michael Frantzis

Michael Frantzis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Digital Experiences (EMEA) at Curio, a global consultancy in the education sector. In this role, they have successfully built the UK operations from scratch, developed client relationships, and led a team of consultants, designers, and technical staff. Michael is also a board member at Curio London and has contributed to the development of a global product service offering.

Prior to their current role, Michael worked at Precedent, a full-service digital agency. Michael served as the Chief Experience Officer, responsible for the agency's team and product across UX, advisory, and visual design. Michael also worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant, where they played a key role in new business development, strategy, brand and technology build, and content management.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at the University of London International Programmes, where they led the establishment of a User Experience (UX) function as the Chairman of the UX Working Group. Michael defined and executed a UX strategy roadmap and supervised UX research projects. Before that, they worked at Goldsmiths, University of London, as the Deputy Director of International Programmes, where they set content strategy, built international partnerships, and upgraded the Virtual Learning Environment. Michael also worked as an R&D Researcher, contributing to collaborative projects in the areas of video conferencing, education, and social media.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their expertise in digital experiences, consultancy, strategy, and user experience. Michael has successfully developed new business opportunities, built high-value partnerships, and led teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Michael Frantzis completed their BA in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge between 1995 and 1999. Later, between 2005 and 2007, they pursued an MA in Film Making from the London Film School. Furthermore, it is known that Michael attended The Leys at some point; however, there is no specific information regarding the years or degrees obtained from that institution.
