Michael Frantzis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Digital Experiences (EMEA) at Curio, a global consultancy in the education sector. In this role, they have successfully built the UK operations from scratch, developed client relationships, and led a team of consultants, designers, and technical staff. Michael is also a board member at Curio London and has contributed to the development of a global product service offering.

Prior to their current role, Michael worked at Precedent, a full-service digital agency. Michael served as the Chief Experience Officer, responsible for the agency's team and product across UX, advisory, and visual design. Michael Frantzis completed their BA in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge between 1995 and 1999. Later, between 2005 and 2007, they pursued an MA in Film Making from the London Film School. Furthermore, it is known that Michael attended The Leys at some point; however, there is no specific information regarding the years or degrees obtained from that institution.
