Shannon Gonzalez

Shannon Gonzalez, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning from 2003 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Numotion, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, Shannon served as the Human Resources Director at Numotion from May 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Numotion, Shannon worked at GE Healthcare for four years, from 2017 to 2021. During their tenure, they held two roles, including the Global Human Resources Manager-Supply Chain/Global Services, where they served as a Global HR Business Partner and provided HR expertise to approximately 700 employees. Shannon's earlier experience includes working at GE Healthcare as a Human Resources Manager for their Global Services division, providing HR guidance to senior leaders.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Shannon worked as an HR Generalist at Journal Broadcast Group, managing regional HR responsibilities and overseeing labor relations for three unions.

Shannon Gonzalez, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Masters in HR and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which was completed in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Communications from the same university in 2002.
