Danielle Aucoin

Danielle AuCoin has worked in various compensation and HR roles throughout their career. Danielle started their career in 2012 with KPMG as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. In 2012, they also joined MD Financial Management as a Human Resources Services Coordinator. Danielle then progressed to become a Compensation Analyst and eventually a Compensation Specialist at MD Financial Management. In 2022, Danielle transitioned to CURO Financial Technologies Corp as a Global Compensation Manager and later became a Senior Manager for Compensation and Analytics. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Compensation & HR Operations at CURO Financial Technologies Corp.

Danielle AuCoin earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from the University of Ottawa, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
