Vice President, Techops at CURO

Linda Lenox has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Linda has served as the Vice President of TechOps at CURO Financial Technologies Corp since 2019, where they have led a team of 30 personnel in supporting 4,500 employees across North America and the UK. Linda has successfully re-engineered the support center, implemented an ITIL Service Operation framework, and managed a 400% increase in volume over four years while meeting service level targets. Linda has also established an Application Support function, implemented an IT Travel Team program, and managed the implementation of the ITSM solution.

Prior to their role at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, Linda worked at Cox Communications as the Director of IT. Linda led the Network/Server Infrastructure, Production Support, and Application Development functions for the Central Region and Oklahoma systems. Linda also implemented process improvements, established IT security functions, and led successful IT consolidations.

Linda's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Manager - End-User Services at Smithfield Foods, Computer Support Manager at The New York Times Shared Services Center, and Administrative Officer at Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Fleet Activities Chinhae. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, process improvement, and project management skills.

Linda Lenox, PMP, ITIL Strategic Leader, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Linda also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, Linda received an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Liberal Arts from Dallas College, attending from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Linda has obtained several professional certifications. Linda became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in 2019. Linda also holds the ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they acquired in 2016. Moreover, Linda has achieved the ITIL4 Managing Professional certification from PeopleCert in 2020.

Furthermore, Linda has completed various certifications related to service management. Linda acquired the Knowledge Centered Service (KCS v6) Principles certification from HDI in 2019, as well as the HDI Certified Instructor and HDI Support Center Director certifications, both obtained in 2019 and 2007 respectively. Additionally, Linda holds the COBIT certification from PeopleCert, received in 2017.
