About the Team:

You will be part of The Beauty Tech Group’s PR team, focused on ZIIP. The team handles all press-related activity within the business, working collaboratively with many departments to ensure press coverage is maximised. Being part of the PR team means a very fast paced environment, handling multiple global agencies and co-ordinating all press activities.

About the Role:

As the Junior PR and VIP Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with VIPs to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will also manage PR agency relationships in key territories.

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to generate media coverage and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with make-up artists, facialists and potentially celebrities.
  • Create and manage PR campaigns and events.
  • Work with agencies to proactively pitch stories and secure media placements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and PR efforts.
  • Plan and execute VIP events and manage VIP relationships.
  • Monitor and analyse PR and VIP campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate reports to summarise key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in PR and VIP relations essential, either in-house or agency.

  • Strong network of media contacts, influencers, celebrities, and VIP clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Proficiency in media monitoring and analytics tools.
