Rajshree Pandey

Rajshree Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as a Research Assistant and Graduate Student Assistant at Delhi University from 2012 to 2015. They also worked as an Assistant Professor at Delhi University from 2016 to 2017. Rajshree then gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at Shriners Hospitals for Children - Springfield in 2018. In the same year, they also served as a Graduate Program Assistant in Epidemiology and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

In 2019, Rajshree joined the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review as a Research Lead, specializing in Evidence Synthesis until February 2021. They then transitioned to Genentech as an Associate Evidence Synthesis Scientist from February 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director at Curta since February 2022.

Apart from their academic and corporate roles, Rajshree has also been involved in the Western Massachusetts Health and Equity Network as a Planning Committee Member since July 2018. They complemented their career with their expertise in sports by working as a Team Liaison Assistant and Sports Presentation Assistant for the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games in September and October 2010. In 2014, Rajshree worked as a Consultant for Revolution Sports, focusing on developing training plans and curriculum for children and coaches.

Rajshree Pandey's education history begins in 2003 when they completed their 12th degree at Holy Child School, studying accounts, economics, business studies, mathematics, and English. Rajshree continued their education at Delhi University, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Rajshree pursued a master's degree in the same field at Delhi University.

In 2012, Rajshree enrolled in Delhi University's PhD program, specializing in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Rajshree completed their doctoral studies in 2016. During this time, they also obtained a certification in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) from Delhi University in June 2012.

Rajshree's pursuit of further education led their to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they obtained a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they earned a Level A1 certification from Alliance Française de Delhi, Gurgaon in March 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Rajshree obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in January 2018. Rajshree also completed the PHS Financial Conflict of Interest Course from the same institution in the same month and year.
