Sofie Heisselberg

Head of Customer Success at Custimy.io

Sofie Heisselberg has extensive work experience in customer success roles, starting from September 2020. In their previous role as Head of Customer Success at Make Influence, they were responsible for onboarding, retention and reactivation strategies, countering churn, upselling, cross-selling, and customer education. Before that, they worked as Client Service Executive at Publicis Media, where they acted as an advisor for global and Nordic client accounts and trained the internal teams. Sofie also has experience in customs clearance and shipping logistics and interned at Cross-Border Communications and Gulf Agency Company. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Custimy.io.

Sofie Heisselberg obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Service Management from the Copenhagen Business School in 2016. Sofie went on to pursue a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration - Strategic Market Creation from the same institution, which they completed in 2018. In terms of certifications, Sofie received a certification in Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself from LinkedIn in August 2020, and a certification in Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy in September 2021, having previously received certification in Service Hub Software from HubSpot in September 2020.
