Ryan Countryman

Ryan has a strong background in information technology and has held various technical support roles in different companies. Ryan currently holds the position of Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Custom Truck One Source, where Ryan is responsible for service improvement initiatives and managing customer interactions. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a System Administrator at the City of Belton, MO and Rockhurst University in different capacities. Ryan also has experience as an IT Support Specialist, Helpdesk Analyst, and Notebook Support Specialist in previous roles. Ryan obtained their Computer Science Information Technology degree from Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology with focuses in Tech Support, Networking, and Interactive Digital Media.
