Kendra Kwok

Kendra Kwok is an accomplished professional in organizational development and talent management with significant experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development at Reece Group since September 2024, Kendra leads initiatives in talent management, succession planning, inclusion, diversity, and team engagement. Previous roles at Reece Group included Talent Leader for ANZ, while past positions at Woolworths Supermarkets involved various responsibilities related to culture, people management, and inclusion across multiple regions. Earlier experiences covered roles at Dan Murphy's and Woolworths Group, focusing on organizational effectiveness and HR project management. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Melbourne and completed a program in Agile Project Management at RMIT University in late 2021.
