Alexander Egurnov has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Alexander started as a Trainee Researcher at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics in 2010. Alexander then worked as a Software Development Intern at Yandex from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they served as a Tutor at the University of Mannheim from March 2014 to June 2014, and later worked as a Research Assistant at the same university from September 2014 to June 2015.

In 2015, Alexander joined IBM as a Software Engineer, where they worked on their core cloud infrastructure and was involved in developing open-source and proprietary IBM Cloud components. Alexander served as a Team Lead Backend, leading a team of software engineers on cross-department integration and migration projects. Alexander Egurnov completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics at the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics - Data Science at the same institution. Concurrently, they also attended the University of Mannheim from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Informatics. In June 2014, Alexander achieved certification in "Core Concepts in Data Analysis" from Coursera.
