Lynn Jane Ho

Lynn Jane Ho has over 11 years of work experience in various product management and consulting roles. Lynn Jane is currently working at Customer.io as a Group Product Manager since March 2022, and prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at the same company from August 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Customer.io, Lynn worked at Grubhub as a Lead Product Manager from May 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for integrating restaurant loyalty programs onto Grubhub and launching a restaurant-funded promotions platform. Lynn Jane also led the Promotions services team, overseeing various customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Prior to Grubhub, Lynn worked as a Senior Product Manager at The Ladders in 2017, and at XO Group Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where they held roles as a Senior Product Manager and a Product Manager. Lynn Jane also worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at XO Group Inc. from October 2013 to June 2014.

Lynn's career began at Hitachi Consulting, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from March 2011 to September 2013 and as a Consultant from June 2010 to March 2011. Lynn Jane also gained research experience at USC Interaction (Robotics) Laboratory as a Student Researcher from September 2009 to June 2010, and at USC BioMEMS laboratory as a Student Researcher from October 2006 to December 2008.

In addition to their professional experience, Lynn served as the President of the Society of Women Engineers at USC from May 2009 to May 2010 and interned as a Software Intern at Beckman Coulter in 2009.

Lynn Jane Ho pursued their education from 2006 to 2010 at the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering.
