Pablo Garcia Montes

Pablo Garcia Montes has extensive work experience in product management and agile coaching. Starting in 2008, they worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager, where they coordinated data updates and release management for the Mobile Advertising Experience Platform. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Product Manager at Softonic, focusing on product strategy, optimization, and market research.

Pablo then held various product management roles at Packlink, EsLife, and Pocketworks Mobile Ltd, where they acted as both an Agile Coach and Product Manager, leading lean R&D processes and working with development teams.

From 2016 to 2018, Pablo worked at Adevinta Spain as a Senior Product Manager, leading product development efforts for Milanuncios and actively shaping the company's strategy.

Pablo'smost recent roles include senior product management positions at Mercadona Tech, eyeo, and now, Customer.io, where they currently serve as a Senior Product Manager.

Throughout their career, Pablo has demonstrated their ability to define product roadmaps, coordinate cross-team efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve company goals. Pablo has also led teams and actively contributed to overall company strategy.

Pablo Garcia Montes holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), which they completed from 2003 to 2008. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Direct and Digital Marketing from UPF Barcelona School of Management. Additionally, in October 2015, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org.
